I have just finished assembling my build but I'm having some issues booting it up. It powers but nothing happens. The bios nor the os boots. I can't even hear a beep. And I also notice that the fans run a bit slower than they should.
Tried swapping the rams. Even powered it with no ram. But it's the same. Is my motherboard damaged? Or is it the psu?

Asus rog strix b360g gaming
Evga 750 bq
I5 8400
Rx 580 sapphire
Corsair lpx 2400mhz 8gb x2
