New Build Wont Post(ez debug lights up CPU)

Hello, all brand new part arrived today, and I've tried to build them, and put the cou and cooler and ram(just to see if it posts or even beeps, i did also install the speaker)
All the fans start turning, the mobo lights up, no sound from speaker, no output from integrated graphics, nothing...
This is not my first build and i did the checklist.
CPU: ryzen 5 2400g
Mobo:a320m pro vh plus

check the bios rev on the mb. you need v36 for the cpu to post. this bios was out in jan of this year.
