Build a new rig for the GF. some used some new parts. Worked totally fine for about 3 hours. Got the OS on and everything working 100%. Then it froze up. When trying to restart got stuck in a boot loop before the bios pops up. No beeps on speaker with anything ive tried.

Specs:
i5 3570k
16 gigs ddr3 1600 (4x4)
gtx660
gigabyte mobo (ga-b75m-d3h
ssd, hdd, dvd-rw
600w PSU

What all ive done:
reset the cmos
checked into the ram and cpu for compatibility (all checks out)
tried starting with 0-4 ram sticks in
rebuild a few times
tested psu in another comp and it worked
havent tried my psu in the new rig yet (thats next)

does windows even try to load or pc just restart?

is this win 10? if so, try booting from installer
on page after languages, select repair this pc, not install

from here, you can do a few things
troubleshoot/advanced/start up repair - will scan pc and maybe fix start up
troubleshoot/advanced/start up options. choose a safe mode to enter, restart pc and see if it boots up

see if they help

Just a restart about 2 secs after fans spin, then it goes again and again doing the same thing. The comp doesn't make it to the bios or anything, so booting from anything isn't an option. I swapped the PSU out with mine (750w) hoping the 600w just wasn't strong enough or just it just went out but no luck. Im assuming its the mobo sending this one back and trying another.
