Ok I just went through the stickied post steps as best I could and I can’t figure this out.

Everything new except PSU and GPU but both were used this morning.

I get zero power to anything. I’ve reconnected everything, changed out ram and moved to other slots, gpu/no gpu, re-seated cpu. I can’t get any sign of power, it’s driving me crazy. Anyone notice anything from the image?

Thank you in advance.

Asus b650-e tuf gaming
Ryzen 7 7800x3d
2x16 gskill ddr5-6000 ram
Pony GeForce 3060
Thermaltake 700w psu

Thermaltake 700w psu
Thermaltake is the brand of the PSU while 700W is the advertised wattage of the unit, what is the model of the unit?

How old is the unit? Was the PSU purchased used? I'm leaning on the PSU being the root of your problem.

You might want to remove the discrete GPU and see if you can get display off the iGPU though, like I've said above, that wattage and Thermaltake doesn't inspire confidence.

Breadboard the system innards and source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 750W PSU from a friend or neighbor and see if you get POST.

Thermaltake smart 700w

Model:spd-700ah2nlw

Tried a 750w Corsair psu and still nothing. Completely reseated mobo and all connections checking for standoffs and everything checks out. At this point I link I got a faulty mobo.

Also tried using igpu and got nothing.

If it helps the ssd and m.2 were from another pc as well. I basically just upgraded from am4 to am5. So mobo, cpu, ram, cpu cooler in a new case. Just kept psu, gpu, and storage.

smart 700w thermaltake are fire hazards.

remove storage.

Well turns out it’s just my powersw cable or the button. I had tried jumping it earlier but it didn’t power on but maybe I just don’t get a good connection to both pins cuz now it powers right up.
