Do not get a tray CPU get the boxed retail one. The tray CPUs do not come with a warranty from Intel I believe, and those CPUs have been having major issues... What's the total budget and use case for this PC? Gaming at 4k?

Building at this moment is not the greatest value proposition though because in the next 3-6 months Nvidia is going to be dropping a new generation of graphics cards, AMD is releasing new X3D CPU's, and Intel is going to be releasing their new CPU's as well. You could spend the same money in a few months and potentially end up with much more performance for the money. I would be remiss not mentioning the former...
