New builder; build not booting properly?

Hi forum,

I just completed my first build; http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/b/Mfi

I'm pretty sure I've done it right, after double checking several times.

However, when I plug it in, the system doesn't boot. It turns on the fans for several seconds, and a "15" is displayed on my motherboard. The CPU heat sink and power supply fans proceed to turn off, and the case's built in front fans run for another 3-5 seconds before turning off. The process repeats until I unplug the build.

Has anyone else had this problem with a build? If so, have I not plugged something in, or is one of my parts broken? Please help.

This is what I got out of your motherboards manual about code 15: "Pre-memory North-Bridge initialization is started." (Note: I have no idea what that means. Sorry!)
