[SOLVED] New Builder! CPU Red Light.PC don't Boot.

I just build my first gaming computer, and immediately on first attempt to boot theres no output to the screen, I have checked the checklist

and cant pin point the problem. The CPU red light is on, the fans are on, ( i have four including the cpu fan),

Does anyone have helpfull advice?

This. The GIGABYTE Z390 UD does not support the 7400.
