So I got all the parts of my PC, put everything in and installed my OS (Windows 10) once I booted it up. I then took the CD from my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard) and I installed all the drivers that it offered (the XPress Install stuff).

So I have a wireless Linksys Wireless Router that offers internet to my laptop (that I'm writing from), my PS4, and my previous computer. I tried to plug in the Ethernet cord from my router into my new PC, but nothing really happened. There are no network connections that I can connect to.
What more do I need to do to have the wifi connection that's in my house?

Solution
Wifi does not require an ethernet cable but is usually slower.

Go to Settings / Network & Internet and click on Ethernet.
Does it say Ethernet Connected?
Go to Network and Sharing Center.
Are any network connections shown?

Well I am trying to use the Ethernet cord. I thought those were the same, but the only time anything really happens is when I plug in the Ethernet. Is WiFi easier than Ethernet? And yes, all of my device drivers are installed and enabled. I checked them to be sure. Even disabled and re-enabled and re-installed them.
