new built pc not working, no beeps

Hello i have a problem with my new built pc it runs but i have no signal on my monitor, also i cant hear any beeps I checked all cables and tried to move my RAM to another slots, when it was in dir4 sys speaker was beeping (2 long 1 short) can anyone help me?

Cpu:amd fx 8350
Psu zm 700 gvm
Gpu radeon rx 470 8 gb
Ram: 1x8gb fury hyper x

I also have another computer so i can switch some parts i already used new gpu in old pc (working) and old psu in new pc (not working)
