New card Installation

Hello my new card is not getting found by the PC and i get the No Signal AMD R7 250, im currently using the Onboard Nvida IG, i cannot get my new card to work can someone help me with the installation.

have you tried another pci slot? maybe make a picture and post it here?

do not have another PCI Slot the fan comes on everything so its not the slot.

are you sure you connected the monitor cable to the videocard the pc turns off the standard connectors ( the vga,dvi,hdmi and displayport from your motherboard) when there is a videocard attached
