Looks pretty sweet to me. What are you mostly going to use it for, because you probably don't need 2GB of RAM at this point in time.

gaming and video editing, the ram is pretty cheap and i dont really want anything else so why not go for the full blown 2 gigs?

I was thinking of getting a new mobo tho

If the extra RAM isn't going to hurt the budget, than I don't see a problem with it.

I don't know much about Soltek mobos, but I would stick with the nforce3.
