I am sorry, but it is pretty unbalanced system.
-You don't need that much expensive motherboard. Cheaper one will serve you just fine
-You don't need more then 8GB of RAM for gaming.
-Better get 120GB SSD for OS, Applications, Games, and 1TB HDD for storage: Music, Movies, Pictures, Software.
-That PSU is pretty basic one, and for $1300 system is not appropriate one.
-Again for $1300 budget R9 270X is not appropriate GPU.
