[SOLVED] New computer built but no display, any suggestions?

Hey friends of Tom’s Hardware, first time poster here. Hoping this is the right thread to post this. So guys I just put together my first computer build last night and after powering everything up to make sure it works, I plug in the HDMI from my gpu to my monitor but I’m receiving no signal. Nada. Anyway here’s some background info about the computer.
Mobo: MSI x570 gaming with WiFi.
Gpu: Radeon rx 5700
Cpu: Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: 4x8 gskill trident Z 3200 DDR4
PSU: EVGA 750 watt

So after making sure I get power to everything (mobo, fans, Ram lights up, gpu fans spin and lights all work) but no display detection
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Try to use only one of them, then boot the PC. I guess one of them may have problem.

Do you get any beeps from the motherboard? It is hard to pinpoint what the problem is if there's no sign from the motherboard. You can probably get these for less than a dollar so it's much easier to troubleshoot that way.
