New Computer 'great' CPU?

So I recently build my first custom PC and I am pretty excited about the overall experience. I was told before I start OC'ing the CPU (I do a lot of virtualization and multi apps and some video editing, gaming is a secondary hobby) that I should spend a few weeks letting the paste settle and initial burn in..

So these are the current results that I'm getting from this CPU with regards to heat... I'm liquid cooling but I just want to make sure from the experts out there that from what you're seeing these are a good baseline to start with..

Hi Michelle, you don't have to wait at all those temperatures are fine. Those are good temperatures to start with.
