New Computer - No Beeps

My son and I put together his 1st computer. Actually went very well. It's been working fine for 3-4 months.
Then today we shut it down, and now when we try to start it back up, just the fans and lights, no beep, nothing else.

We took out the RAM and put back in, we replaced the Video card and put it back, still nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions??? It just seems like it has to be something simple we're missing...

Any help would be appreciated...

It sounds like either the motherboard or the processor. What are your specs?

ASUS P5Q SE2 Motherboard
Steal Thxstream Power Supply 600W
GEForce 9800GT Video Card
WD 500GB SATA2 Hard drive
Samsoem DVDRW
Vista OS

Yeah, just odd, put it together, been working for almost 3 months .....

All we did was change the password, and then click on the turn computer off button and now all we get are the lights and fans running and no beeps, nothing else....
