new computer not detecting 2tb HDD

Hi Wonderful people got my computer but there are some issues I am facing

the specks i got are as below

- MOBO- ASUS PRIME B350M-K
- STORAGE - Samsung SSD 860 EVO 250GB
- WD BLUE PC DESKTOP HARD DRIVE 2TB
- CPU - AMD RYZEN 5 2600X 2nd Generation Hexa Core Processor - With Wraith Spire Cooling
Solution (AM4 Socket, 19m Cache, Up To 4.2 Ghz)
- GPU - MSI GEFORCE GTX 1060 6GB
- RAM - GSKILL RIPJAWS V 2X8GB
- CASE - COOLMASTER CMP500
- SMPS - CORSAIR CX550
- GAMDIAS ARES 7 COLOR COMBO ( KEYBOARD & MOUSE)
- LG ULTRA SLIM PORTABLE DVD WRITER
- SPEAKERS - CREATIVE SBS A120
- PORTABLE DRIVE - SEAGATE 1TB
- OS - WINDOWS 10 PRO OEI DVD
- MS OFFICE 365 1YR SUBSCRIPTION

ISSUE I am facing is that the 2tb hdd is not being added by windows 10 ... it shows in the syst info just not as a drive .. i guess i am doing something incorrect so need help plzzz

loaded win-10 on the ssd

could some ` tell me what all should i do and what all software should i get .

i want to use the 2tb hdd for all data and keep the ssd for just windows and a few games i play...

dang this is soooo confusing ... in way over my head with this thing... i am taking it slow so i do not goof and bust the stuff

I do hope I did not go and do something stupid ..
