Solution
Since you have the same GPU and you only did gain slight processing performance from your CPU upgrade,
comparison: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-A10-6700-APU-vs-AMD-FX-6300/2938vs1555
there is no gain in gaming performance due to the CPU upgrade.

For a gain in gaming, upgrade your GPU. Here i suggest GTX 1050 Ti,

pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/wrmxFT/evga-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-4gb-acx-20-video-card-04g-p4-6251-kr

Also, do replace your PSU ASAP! All Apevia PSUs are terrible quality (Tier five) PSUs.

Tier five
Avoid IMMEDIATELY. These units are highly unsafe to use. No such protections added, very thin gauge wiring...

Tier five
Avoid IMMEDIATELY. These units are highly unsafe to use. No such protections added, very thin gauge wiring used, false advertising and too much to list. Reference to a higher tiered unit for a better, money saving and a much safer unit. For your safety's sake, please don't order or pick one up for use in your system. These units are a potential fire hazard and could even kill you, let alone your system.

PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For a new PSU, anything from Seasonic will do, in 400W range.
Here i suggest going for S12II-430 or G-450 (both PSUs are good quality (Tier two) units),
pcpp: http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/4Vzv6h,xVkD4D/

S12II series is 80+ Bronze and fully wired white G series is 80+ Gold and semi-modular.
