New computer, random freezes

Hi guys, hope I put this in the correct category.

I recently bought a new computer and it seemed fine at first, but it can freeze randomly at any given time. The only way to get out of the freeze is to restart the computer via the power button.

The freeze has happened while playing games, watching movies or just letting the computer idle, it seems like it completely random.

My specs are:
Cooler Master G750M, 750W
Intel Core i7-5820K Processor 3,30 Ghz
intel 3 air cooling ts13a
Asus LGA2011 3 X99-A
Crucial DDR4 2133Mhz 32Gb
MSI Geforce GTX980TI 6Gb PCI-E
Crucial BX100 250Gb 2.5 SSD
PC Prod Seagate Desktop SSHD 1TB Sata
WIndows 8.1

Hopefully I've provided enough and clear information as I really would like some answers as to why a brand new computer just won't work properly.
