New Computer Shut off in Mid-Game. Wont turn back on.

I just built this new computer and was playing a game on it. after 7 hours of run time, the PC Shutdown randomly.

When I try to turn it back on, i hear one short beep and I see the fans spin 1 rotation but then stop, the PC does not turn on.

Specs:
GPU - ASUS GeForce GTX1050Ti Phoenix 4GB GDDR5
PSU - eVGA GD Series 550W 80PLUS Gold Power Supply
RAM - Kingston Fury Black 8 GB Ram
CPU - i5 8400 with stock cooler
MBO - ASrock z370 Pro4

One short beep is a memory error.

I would take the memory out...inspect the slots...inspect the memory and reinstall and try it.

If you still have grief I would start trying to narrow down a problem stick or slot by swapping things in and out.

I have already taken out the memory and reinstalled it, it still doesn't work. What should I be checking for?

did you read the motherboard manual? are you placing ram in correct dimm slots?

also what storage devices are you using
try this, pull your motherboard battery for five min and reinstall try again

Yes I put them in A2 and B2 as the manual stated.

I am using one SSD 240gb from kingston. I have already tried reseting the BIOS.

Thanks for all your help guys, I took it in for repair from the place I bought it from, its a bit of a ripoff but I cant really do much as I dont have any spare parts and this is my first PC.
