Question New computer wont boot

Hello.
I have just bought a new motherboard and a new cpu for my computer, but when I try to turn it on i get nothing on my displey and my motherboard give of worning lights on all the wornings. First I get a short light on cpu, then about a 5 seconds on dram, then it happens again, then it turns on VGA lights, and then it ends with both VGA and boot lights being on. Do some have an idea on could be wrong?

My components are:

• Intel Core i7-9700K
• ASUS ROG Strix Z390-F GAMING, S-1151
• Crucial Ballistix Sport LT rød 16GB, 2 x 8GB: ddr4
• Corsair VS650 650W PSU
• MSI 1060 6gb

Your cpu calls for bios 1005 or higher. Try updating the bios to the newest one.

But how do I open bios when my computer wont start at all?

test with taking the 1060 and only use the igpu?
