NEW Computer wont start

Hello,

I've built a new computer install Windows 7 and installed my Graphics driver first than motherboard driver now my computer wont start properly. Can anyone help me fix this problem?!

Specs:
Asrock P67 Mobo
EVGA GTX 660 Ti 3GB Graphics
GS 800W PSU
Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1866GHz Ram
Intel Core i7-2700K CPU
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200 RPM
And a CD Drive

describe your problem..does it turn on?can you go to bios screen?does it load to windows?
