Which one did they send you?

You shouldn't be looking at a brand and their advertised wattage alone, more so it's internal construct based off of reviews by reputable folks.

What are you trying to power with your PSU purchase? Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
Chassis:

Even if you got the grey labelled CX550 unit brand new, you should be looking at a reliably bult 650W~750W unit to power your build, consisting of an RTX3060Ti.

Stick to one thread please

Why does he need a 650w - 750w PSU for a system that consumes 300w at most?
