[SOLVED] New cpu and motherboard

I have got a new cpu and motherboard and for some reason I am getting 40 fps on overwatch with the lowest settings and I know this isn't right.
I have a gtx 1050 ti, intel pentium g4400, 8gb ddr3 ram and a gigabyte h170m d3h ddr3 motherboard.

By new, is this an upgrade with the OS drive being a recycled part? If so, did you reinstall the OS and necessary drivers for your platform? What is the make and model of your PSU and how old is it?
