new cpu causing ram slot error

after installing new i3 4130 I was getting ram slot error..but ram slot works with my old g3240 processor..

Describe the errors. Memtest errors? Or it just doesn't recognize the RAM?
If you can, try testing the i3 CPU on another PC that you know it's working fine.
