Hi all

I have re purposed my old gaming PC at work to run my camera system, its running 2 1050ti's 1 to run each TV (4 cameras on each) which runs my cameras @ 3840x2160 which is AMAZING but my CPU just cant keep up forcing me to lower my resolution to 1920x1080 which is still nice dont get me wrong but 3840x2160 is better :) WITHOUT changing to intel or another motherboard as this would defeat the whole idea of reusing the old computer what would be the fastest CPU (currently FX-8350) I could use in my Sabertooth 990FX motherboard to give it every opportunity to try run 3840x2160?? both graphics cards are running around the 60% mark at 3840x2160 resolution
1050's are not able to SLI they are simply running 1 screen each....
Thanks for any help

Looks like you already have the fastest CPU available for that board.

I don't really understand what your CPU is doing to load it up that much, is some format conversion or transcoding going on ? and is the CPU hitting 100%

I'd say put up with it or get a new PC sorry.

The FX 8350 is as good as it gets with that board and the FX platform in general. There's the FX 95xx but they're hot, power hungry and not going to be any faster. Your board lacks support anyway.

Ryzen or move to Intel.

my new gaming computer is INSANE like actually INSANE however I dont feel like spending heaps of money just to get a slightly better resolution for a couple TV's that are running cameras that only get looked at 2-3 times per day hence the re purposed old gaming machine :)
