Question New CPU installed error, but I haven't changed a thing.

Thank you in advanced for reading this - currently freaking out.

I have a laptop that was bought for me and has worked perfectly fine since 2021, but a few days ago got a BSOD and then this screen after being restarted:

New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed.
Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key
Press N to keep previous fTPM record and continue system boot, fTPM will NOT enable in new CPY, you can swap back to the old CPY to recover TPM related Keys and data

Needless to say, I haven't changed a thing. I believe this may have something to do with the CPU overheating (as recently my computer has been used a LOT) or the RAM, but other than that I have no clue as to what to press or do, nor do i have hardly any experience with computers.
The computer is a HP lenovo laptop that is using windows 10. That is all I know.
Please help?
