New CPU, MOBO, GPU and PSU wont boot or beep and no display or USB power

Hey all I just bought an MSIz97 u3 plus, an intel i5-4590, evga gtx750 and a thermaltake tr2 600w and am not getting any video or power to mu usbs. I installed the motherboard speaker an am not hearing any beeps. I checked to make sure none of the cpu pins were bent and also checked each stick of RAM individually in all of the slots. went over all of my cords to make sure everything was plugged in properly. Lastly I tried to clear the CMOS and still nothing. I am at a an utter loss as to what to try next

Is the Hard drive new or from an old setup?

The TR2 is a poor PSU.

Is the on/off switch on the back of the power supply on? (on=1, off=0)

the fans boot up and everything. and shouldn't I only need 600w to power everything regardless of how good the psu is?

also the HD is from an old set up but as far as I know that shouldn't effect the mobo form going into its POST

time to pull it all out of the case and breadboard it with just the psu, cpu & cooler, and 1 stick of ram. Connect your monitor to the integrated vga/dvi port. If you get no sign of it posting/booting up now then its likely a bad motherbd.
