Question New cpu+mobo+ram. Need to turn off PSU for about 20 seconds after power outage or no-post.

Never happened on my previous build. But since i changed cpu+mobo+ram, everytime the power cut (accidently unplugging extension cord, breaker tripping, real outage,) i absolutely need to turn off PSU switch for approximately 20 seconds, or else it doesnt post. Is it a feature working as intended or do i have to worry ? I'm planning to buy a UPS eventually but for now my budget won't allow it.

Did you reinstall the OS after the platform migration? How old is the PSU in your build?
