Hello, now i have I5 3570K wich is 4/4 and i wan't little upgrade for more threads for future. I can have for very cheap from second hand Xeon E3-1270v2 its a worth it?

In a quick look the Xeon is a touch faster and had multi threading. On paper it could be good according the price on the Xeon. If it's like "Ali Express" sub $20 and will work on your existing system I say heck yes.

If you think the upgrade is worth it then it is a very slight bump in performance, mainly with the hyperthreading:

But unless you're able to use the extra threads, you wouldn't see much benefit.
