New CPU or GPU?

So I'm looking for a PC upgrade, but I don't know if to upgrade my GPU or CPU.
I'm playing titles like BF1, WD2, GTAV and Warframe.
I have an I3 3220, 8 GB of RAM 1600 Mhz and a GTX 750 ASUS PHOC 1GD5 in a B75 Chipset mobo

You most definitely want to upgrade the GPU for now. Then when you can, do a cpu/mobo combo. I would recommend an i5-6xxx series as they start under 200 with a b150 chipset.

However, the GPU I would recommend is probably the 1060 6GB or RX 480 8GB, but are around $250 USD. You would notice significant improvements.

GPU upgrade will always give you more FPS improvement even it is bottle-necked.

I'm in a 130$ limit, but I don't care about used stuff, so what 130$ GPU (used or new) should I get?

If that is the case, go with a GTX 1050 Ti ($149) or a RX 460. You will be able to get good FPS on low-med settings. Then you can upgrade in the future.
