new crosshair v formula z with fx8350 error 10

Just got a new crosshair v formula z and a fx8350, with a brand new ssd. So I loaded it up, and everything worked fine, until I rebooted to install itunes and it wouldn't boot back up, it turned on, but no POST. The error code (10) wasnt explained in the manual, and I am at a loss for how to fix it. Can anyone help me?
