I'm having a system built for me---let me know what you guys think!
Also, any problems I should be aware of: such as component incompatability, overheating, etc.

PENTIUM D 930 (3.0 GHZ / 800 MHZ)
ASUS P5WD2 PREMIUM
ANTEC PERFORMANCE TX 1088AMG (480W P/S)
2 GB CORSAIR XMS2 DDR2 PC2-6400 (TWIN2X2048-6400)
(2) MAXTOR DIAMONDMAX 10 -- 250 GB S/ATA-II (16MB) 7200RPM
ATI RADEON X1300 PCI EXPRESS X16 - 256MB
(3) PLEXTOR PX-716A
VIEWSONIC G70FB-2 (17" CRT)

ADDING: FDD, 80MM FAN (already has 1 on P/S, heat-sink/fan, & 120mm case fan)--Is that enough?

I'm NOT a gamer--don't play at all!!!

WILL I BE ABLE TO BURN TO ALL (3) DVD BURNERS AT 16X?

I would rather have gone with the AMD X2 line, but it's your choice. The graphics card is pretty awful, but since you don't game, I guess it doesn't really matter (although image quality is improved with better gpu's).

It looks pretty good. I would add in another 80mm fan. Any particular reason you need 3 DVD burners, and why you'd need to be burning in all 3 simultaneously? I don't see any reason why you would not be able to, though. I'd probably fork over the extra for a 19" monitor, regardless of whether you're a gamer or not.
