if anyone has any ideas or can help me, i'd really appreciate it 😀

Is your CPU usage is 100 % when playing LOL?
If it is,then disable some unwanted background process
and see for it.........
your system do not have any fault,May be there is game problem,i have searched for it...but no one has got to fix this freeze problem........

well considering i used to have a 7 year old laptop that was at 100% cpu usage AT ALL times and this never happened (it was laggy sometimes but it never had any game breaking problems like this could potentially be)
im rlly not sure what to do at this point, and i really hope it isnt something that endangers my computer's well being :\

I don't think that's your computer problem, its the game which is not yet fixed.............
