Hello everyone

Built a new PC with the following hardware configuration:
+ CPU: Intel i5 4460
+ MOBO: Asus B85 Plus
+ Ram: Kingmax 8GB (FLGG45F-D8KLB)
+ GPU: AMD R7 240 - 2GB
+ PSU: CoolerMaster 600W B2
+ HDD: WD Blue 1TB
+ SSD: Kingmax 120G

The problem appears while working with a multi-layer PSD file, system has a slight lag while selecting and resizing multiple layers.

* I opened th PSD file in a weaker system, and did the same actions, system worked smoothly without lagging.
(second system: Core i5 - 8GB ram - Gigabyte H81 - 480Watt PSU - 1TB HDD)

I tried with different PSU, RAM, and GPU. But the problem still exists. The system doesn't have any problems while booting or running other programs. This problem appears in Photoshop and would be worst if other programs have been opened.

Any help will be appreciated.
