Bad PSU quality and no need to go with Haswell when Skylake/DDR4 prices are comparable. If you don't care to overclock the CPU then go with Icaraeus build (Using at least the CPU/MB/RAM & PSU). The GTX 970 is much more powerful then the GTX 960 and is worth the extra $40 after MIR.

Honestly for $800 you don't need a GTX 1070. Seriously, any 10XX card is going to be overkill for 1080P and in some cases 1440P. And you certainly don't want a high end build in a $20 piece of plastic.
