New desktop speakers (cyber acoustics 2.1) not working after 1 day

Basically I just custom built a pc and bought probably the most annoying motherboard ever . . . I've had keyboard glitches, headset glitches(usb), and now with these new speakers, speaker glitches. BAsically when i plug them, into the green speaker jack on the back, my computer ignores the device. I can't find any trace of the speakers on my desktop.

Also "real tek audio" is the audio driver for my computer, not sure why, its just always been there
