Question New Display Problem (Graphics Card Related maybe?)

After the events described here:

I was on the same PC the following day and for some reason I saw a sudden change in the colors being presented on the monitor. Everything that used to be grays became sorta black looking. The colors all look off.

Could this be related to the events from yesterday (see link)? What should I do about it?

And now the colors just changed back... but I didn't do anything. What is going on here?
