New egg "bill me later"

Has anyone used the "bill me later" option that Newegg is offering?
Did it turn out well?

For the past week or so, the Bill Me Later crowd has abruptly declined two purchases I made on Newegg. This despite my payment history being spotless, going back 3 years. I guess with this financial crisis blowing up in our faces, I really shouldn't be too surprised. Nevertheless, the frustration level is really building up. Really don't see too many companies hanging above water if this current credit crunch keeps up. 🙁
