i have a 600 dollar budget with barely any flexibility on the GPU

if anyone as another GPU they would recommend tell me too!
sorry for the 2nd post but i really do need help and it's on alittle over 1500 dollar budget w/ out the monitor(if you guys don't like the monitor or know a better one drop some knowledge too please!)

Depends on the price Nvidia just announced discounts on the 770 & 780 but they may not have filtered onto what you pay yet, the R9 290X is the better card.
