New First time boot error 78

Hello everyone. This is my first time building a new computer and I'm having a little problem. I carefully hooked everything up in the right port, and every time I boot it on I get the error message 78. I've taken the system apart and put it back together and get the same message. The motherboard lights up and the fans work, the pc never once fully booted to where it worked on the monitor.Thank you for your time and your answers my build is the following:
Msi x70 flower gaming titanium
Ryan 7 1800x
Corsair vengeance Lpx ddr4 3200 kHz
Raedom 3rd 550 gpu
Corsair rm750x
Samsung ssd
