New games

What games are there out at the moment that are worth playing apart from splinter cell as i have already played it.

C&C: Generals, Hitman 2(bit old but great), Syberia(if you're in action games), i'd tell some more but you have prolly played them by now.

MOHAA expansion sucks

Someday Microsoft will use safedisc copy protection on Windows, and we have to insert the Windows CD evertime we boot pc.

Not sure how old you mean. If you like online multiplayer games and WWII FPS games, Battlefield 1942 is excellent. It's not exactly a simulator, but it is more realistic than MOHAA, and you can also fly fighters and bombers, drive tanks, jeeps, troop transports, and mobile artillery units, and captain battleships, destroyers, carriers, and submarines.

I played it for several hundred hours and then got tired of trying to find a server with some actual teamwork. My friend, who still plays all the time, tells me things have gotten better in that regard. If you do buy the game, make sure you download the newest patch, because it fixes a lot of bugs.

Syberia ain't action... and I didn't like it much at all. The puzzles were lame and it took that chick FOREVER to walk around.

Well, if you're talking about new games, I would say Delta Force: Black Hawk Down released a few weeks ago. If you like nonstop, large-scale single or multiplayer shooting action with an arsenal of authentic weapons, then this game is it.

Are you SURE vice city is coming to PC? I've heard from many reliable sources that Sony bought the exclusive rights to Vice City, that they were making proprietary and all that shizzy.

IF it comes to PC, I will be one happy puppy. Halo would be fun too.

If Vice City isn't coming to PC then the folks at PC Gamer are gonna have some 'splainin to do, it's on the front cover of the issue at newsstands now with a big preview inside.

I looked it up. Seems like they are making it for PC. And unlike GTA3, they just aren't just porting it over so it's a big buggy piece of crap. They are rebuilding it. Specs are pretty up there, though. It'll be sweet.
