Get this, as both the CPU and GPU can be overclocked past stock settings for better performance in games.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DnjX The Z75 will not overclock as good as the Z77, but getting the i5 3570k to 4.0 ghz should not be a problem. I changed the case out to save a little bit more money, but if you want the other case back, you can do that if you wish.

This is a great build that i am also going to with in a few weeks. Can max out pretty much all games with 40-70fps

My build allows for overclocking but you might want to invest in a better cpu cooler because intel stock coolers aren't highly recommended when oc alot. Plasmas cpu cooler is fine

$3 off your budget, but I don't think you would mind, right? I offered an even better GPU, better than the HD 7870 XT. My build also allows for overclocking, but you will eventually need a good CPU cooler.

Ya that looks pretty good. I just like to go with a good airflow case, but its always better to improve the gpu
