Looks good but I have never heard of the PSU b4. Antec, Corsair and Ocz are usually recommended here. You don't need a CPU cooler but if you want your rig to be very cool then why not. Although, I would get rid of the cooler and add the money to get a better GPU. For me, 4gb is enough for anything. Get 1 4gb stick now then get another later.

RAM is Triple Channel while your platform supports Dual Channel. PSU isn't the best one so the GPU. Give us your budget, your monitor's resolution and an idea of what games you are planning to play and we can help!

I found a deal with a company that provides the full pc..
these are the specs:

PSU:
Antec high current gamer 620W psu

CPU:
AMD Athlon II x2 270 3.4GHZ Dual Core

Motherboard:
AMD 880G chipset AM3 black series DDR3

RAM:
Corsair XMS3 4gb DDR3 1333mhz

GPU:
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 ti 1GB 192bit DDR5

Do you think its a better deal?

I want a new pc for to play Skyrim and most recent games that have been released
