New Gaming Build Z87 Sabertooth. Advice needed for any issues with components

Good morning all thankyou for reading this request.
I am building a gaming pc and i want to make sure that i wont run into any major issues with parts in the build this is my first serious build btw so all advice is most welcome.
I have a few parts so far all new such as mobo,cpu,cooler,cpu,case.
Build would be.
Zalman Z11 case
Z87 sabertooth motherboard
EVGA 750w gold PSU
i5 4670K
Be quiet dark rock 2 cooler
Vengeance Pro 8gb 1600Mhz (2x4) kit
Kingston Hyper x 240gb SSD
Baraccuda 2TB HDD
Asus GTX 770 DirectCU II OC
Windows 7 64bit.

Does anyone know of any mis match in the list please

LGA 1150 MOBO, CPU is 1150, supports 1600 DDR3. Looks fine.

Do you plan on overclocking?

All looks very good so far. If you want to save some money, you could go with a smaller PSU.

Also - depending on how audiophile you are - you might end up with a dedicated sound card in the near future.
