Im buying new computer to run latest games. I dont need games on ultra and full HD, all I want is to play them at fluid frame rates (30+). Games I want to play are: red dead redemption, far cry 3, gta 4, crysis 3, TESV: skyrim, dirt 3, battlefield 3 (multiplayer, 64 players), napoleon total war, CoD modern warfare 3. But most of all I want play games after couple of years (next-gen games). I want it to be good after 6 years (for that time games). Computer specs so far are:

CPU-Intel Core i5 3570 - 212,80€ (no OCing, no k)

HDD-WD Blue 1 TB - 70,60€ (dont need SSD)

RAM-Crucial BallistiX Sport 2x4gb 1600MHz - 46,59€ (8Gb is good for my needs)

CD drive-LITE-ON iHAS120-04 - 20,60€ (just to have one and to play games on it)

GPU-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 660 - 214,56€ (not buying hd7870)

mobo- Asus P8B75-V - 76,97€ (4 RAM slots for future possible upgrades (2
empty) and no OC ability)

case-Spire CoolBox 503 - 24,00€ (cheapest one)

PSU-Corsair CX600 - 80,24 (Best price-preformance-wattage I could find)

os-Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit - 105,32€ (not getting stupid metro for just dx11.1)

===851,68€=== (about limit)

What do you guys say? Now questions that I want answer to:
1.) Is build good for 6 years and that time gaming without upgrades
2.) Is that CD drive good to play games using CDs
3.) Is PSU good enough to handle 10 years (6 years gaming rest is just youtube)
4.) Is there anything that will die in less than 10 years.

Also do NOT recommend going with OC versions or hd 7870 GPU. Otherwise any help is wellcome. If you can find any benchmarks of gtx 660 and i5 3570 (other than toms) just post them.

For all your questions - yes the CD drive is fine and the whole build generally looks good. I would say go and buy an Intel i5 3470 for a bit cheaper and spend more on a better case and GPU - the Corsair 200R is a very good case and in the UK its around ~£40 so I guess in the EU it should be around 50 euros. Other than that the build is pretty good!

I dont need super high everything.

I dont know, I want to jump it.

Yes thats true but I will not put really high everything so there are lower temps. And I also have good experience with my 10 year old still working pentium 4.

I understand that you don't want to overclock I just want to give you a little food for thought.

you say you want it to last 6 years, but when that 6th year mark comes the system will be way under powered. this is where the ability to overclock could potentially come in. give the CPU a kick in the pants and have a bit more power to hold up for a bit longer. I understand finances and the money might not be there but for a build you plan on hanging onto for 6 years it maybe worth it.

non-overclocking comment. I would recommend a TUF (The Ultimate force) series Boards from Asus because they have a 5 year warranty. As I live in the US and don't feel like looking up the conversion for currency, I can't say what there price differences are but for a 6 year machine, it may be something to look into.

Lol I just dont like to OC but I understand its good in some things (but that doesnt mean that I will)

This mobo has got 5 year warranty too

then there is different warranty's for different country's because here in the US that board only has a 3 year warranty.
the only boards Asus produces with a 5 year warranty in the 1155 socket are the TUF boards because they are geared for longevity.
