Sorry, I'm new here and I just wanted o get some input on some things. I'm going to build a new PC, because mine is ancient! Anyhow.. this is what I have selected thus far:

Case: Corsair Carbide 400r
(mainly because of the removable panel on BOTH sides as well as the cutout for installing a cooler) I haven't seen that on any other mid tower before. I'm not sure about how good the airflow is tho. Also.. It looks as tho it'll fit the cooler w/o issue.

CPU: Intel 3570K
MOBO: MSI Z77A G45 (the black and red one)
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Western Digital Caviar blue 1tb
Samsung 840 or 840 evo (haven't decided, input? :) ) (120gb)

1). Now this is where I need some input. Pretty sure going to go with the EVGA GTX 760 SC 2gb.. but If there is a better EVGA card out there, for the same price or cheaper, let me know! :)

2). PSU: I have been trying to find the best one possible for under $100. I have almost narrowed it down to 2.. this one? : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341051
I love the full modular part of it, plus the 30amps needed for power hungry cards. Now the other is this:

I like the 80plus gold certified on it and it has 5 eggs. BUT NOT MODULAR!
If there is better than these out there, let me know!

3). RAM: (8gb) I have gone back and forth on brand MHz, and all that. I'm leaning towards Kingston Hyper X Black (1600mhz). For 1.. it's cheap! ($55). For two.. I won't have to worry about the cooler master getting in the way if I added 2 more sticks. I'd like to stick with Either Gskill, Kingston, Corsair. Budget on RAM is $75-$80 MAX! I wasn't trying to go over $1000, but I'm picky.. so looks like total I'm looking at $1200. If there's anything else to be recommended, changed feel free to type it out :) Thanks all!

I know this is over your budget but if $18 is really a deal breaker then I would suggest downgrading the GPU to the EVGA GTX 760 SC 4GB edition.

Also, just for a note, almost every mid-tower has removable side panels on each side as well as a motherboard cut-out for the cpu cooler.

That's not a bad build.. But that's pretty much a whole build lol. Check my original post at top. Just a couple things I wanted advice on lol. Although, I changed the corsair carbide 400r to the cooler master haf 922 :)

Pretty similar to what I was looking for. But as stated above.. Rather keep it lower. So my new egg cart is at $1023 now.. That's with over $25 shipping. And NO RAM! Newegg removed it cuz I guess they needed it. Please see my original post and let me know what you think. Disregard the corsair carbide 400r. I decided on the cm haf 922. I haven't built a PC in quite a while, so I wasn't aware that mid towers did have both panels removable :)

The reason I included a "whole build" was because I wasn't sure if you had already bought those parts or that you had just decided on them. I will explain my choices now, sorry I didn't before. I posted that right before I went to bed.

For the CPU, cooler and Mobo, we are on the same page. I think those are great choices, the 4670k is a good processor. The 212 EVO is a good aftermarket cooler, but it is still an air cooler. You shouldn't overclock very much with this cooler. If you want to get into overclocking I would suggest the Corsair H100i. And for the Mobo, again, no complaints there.

For the RAM, well its 8GB of RAM that has a pretty good reputation. It just comes down to personal preference. The reason I chose the Corsair Vengeance is simply because it is cheaper.

In your previous post you did not include a HDD. So I went with the one that you posted originally. It's a good HDD, not the fastest, but still reliable. It's cheap too! For the SSD I posted a cheap 120GB from a good brand. Really no other reason than it was cheap.

For the GPU I understand you want to keep your budget as low as you can, but this is where you really need to spend your money. Gaming is taxing on your GPU so you want to have something that will be able to handle anything you throw at it, for a while. That's why I went ahead and pushed your budget to the max and included the GTX 770. I see you went with the 760 4GB version, which is a good choice. But I really suggest not skimping on this part. If you can afford it, trust me you will not regret it. Either GPU you go with though, the 4GB version is probably the better choice,

I suggest getting at least a semi-modular PSU.

I disgree with this statement. Games are starting to rely more heavily on VRAM. Just take the newly released BF4 specs for example. "Suggested" amount of VRAM is 4GB. I heavily regret getting a 2GB card when I purchased.

The amount of VRAM usage is mostly the resolution you play at. Generally, 2gb vram is perfect for 1080p. 4gb vram is mostly towards higher resolutions such as 1600p or triple monitor set-ups.
Just because a company puts out a suggestion doesn't mean you need to get at minimum their suggestion. They usually suggest more than necessary to ensure that there will be no problems, but it's mostly overkill. Take AMD gpu watts recommendation for example. If I can recall, they recommend at least 500watts for a single 7850. We all know that's overkill, but they suggest more than necessary to ensure that it will work.

Yes I totally understand the not skimping on the GPU part. But now my specs have changed.. yet again. Still lost on the PSU.. due to the fact.. My budget is not even a budget anymore. It's get the best of what I can get for the cheapest possible. I really cannot afford to soak in another $100 for a GTX770. Heck.. BF4 recommended GPU is at least 3GB of vram! Which goes to show ya.. games are evolving so much.. and as little as I upgrade.. I'll just throw in another gtx 760 later on. Tis why I'm looking for a good psu.. for the cheapest. So far my build is over what I wanted to pay. this is wearing me out lol. Been at this for almost 2 weeks now. Oh.. I do plan to overclock.. but nothing crazy. 4.0 for the time being. Tis why I need some headroom with the PSU. I'll worry about the cpu cooler later when I do decide to go over 4.0 ghz. From what I've read.. the cm 212 evo can still keep this kind of cpu cool at 4.0

Don't worry, that psu isn't very good anyways.
The only good PC Power and Cooling psu is their MK III series.
Also, don't worry about the 3gb VRAM thing. 2GB vram will be enough for BF4 on a single 1080p monitor.
Look at the recommended gpu: 7870 or GTX 660. Both of those are 2gb vram only so you'll be fine.

Same thing with the GTX 560 SC. 500w or greater with 30amps from the 12v rail. SO maybe in SLI be what amps? Hense the psu issue.. even tho I'm not getting 2 GPUs right now.. but don't want to upgrade with another card AND a PSU later.. know what I mean? :)
