New Gaming PC Build [HELP]

Solution
If you want to overclock you need a Z170 motherboard. They aren't cheap. I put in one of the cheapest I could find.

Solution
1. You can't overclock with an H110 mobo. Either, get a Z170 mobo or use a i5-6500 and don't overclock. Note that you only need the Coolermaster CPU cooler if you overclock. If you go with the i5-6500, the stock cooler is fine.
2. Set up your RAM in dual channel configuration. Either 2x4GB or 2x8GB.
3. Put in a SSD, plus the HDD. Yes - the SSD's are that much better!

Here's assuming you want an ITX build, let me know if this is not the case and I can put together a mid tower which would be better value.

Here's a better performing rig.
Includes an SSD for OS and a better motherboard which actually costs less. :)

How does a dual channel configuration help me? How is 1x8gb different from 2 x 4gb? What are its effects on my pc?

A mobo with dual channel RAM configuration allows higher bandwidth between the CPU and the RAM. Single channel is a 64 bit bus and dual channel is a 128 bit bus. This does NOT double the bus speed, however it does provide may be a 10 to 20% boost in CPU/memory intensive tasks, such as rendering, compiling and encoding. There's probably not much advantage in gaming. However, since 1x8GB and 2x4GB sticks are almost the same price, you might as well have the advantage of the 2x4GB kit. There's no downsides. Then, in case, you decide ever decide to do some 3D modeling or make a video clip, you have the advantage of the dual channel RAM already in your PC.
