Hi. I am trying to build my new PC an i7 4770k build. I already have SSD, GPU, CPU cooler, and PSU but I'm having some difficulty choosing which ram would be best for me and if it will all work well together, I'm just after some help especially with the RAM I'm not sure which is the best for me. I can spend around 200 or so on RAM.

pc build - http://puu.sh/9ozFn/6481dcc76d.jpg

Thank you!

This ram will work in your motherboard.

As to what makes it better, price/gb mostly (not to mention they look cool)

There isnt really any "better" ram past a certain point, after about 1600mhz you stop seeing any real performance increases in gaming...

Thanks for replying - this ram would work in the motherboard I have selected? And if you don't mind explaining what is it that makes this ram good compared to the ones I had chose previously? just asking so I learn :)

Ty.

There isnt really any "better" ram past a certain point, after about 1600mhz you stop seeing any real performance increases in gaming. so as long as you have enough for current games (8gb is whats recommended for gaming nowadays) there is usually little reason to get more.

Unless you plan to do video rendering or digital modeling etc. as those do see some benefit with higher capacity and speed.
