I do everything on my PC from gaming, audio/video editing and virtual machines. Unlikely to overclock.

I'm looking to purchase this at the end of this month.

If you do not want to overclock I have a better build for you.
What is your budget? Excluding the 970 cost.

Budget is £1400. Can be a bit pushed.

No point to ever get a 1tb SSD for gaming.
Lowered the latency of the RAM
Do not bother getting 32Gb of RAM. 16 is the most you will need for 5+ years. Even in editing it provides <5% benefit.
Get another 970. It will help more with the other parts reduced.

Go with an XFX 650W or Seasonic 620W power supply as you should save some money.
