Heya folks,

I am building a new gaming PC. I am getting an i7-9700k, Asus ROG Strix XI Formula mobo, 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro @3000mhz, Gigabyte 2080 Waterforce WB, custom loop and an Asus ROG Thor 850w PSU. I need help deciding on a case. I can't decide between the Corsair Obsidian 1000D and the Asus ROG Strix Helios GX601. The Asus case is 1/2 the price of the Corsair one so I am leaning towards the Asus tower. I don't know if it could fit a 250 EKWB res and seperate pump though.

Thanks in advance,

Have you bought the parts yet?
If not, There are too many over-spent parts, which I will use towards maybe a ti version and better monitor etc.
what games do you play? Preferred resolution and FPS?
Total budget and country?

I am in NZ buying from Amazon and have a budget of about $5k for the PC and then any amount for the monitor. Was thinking about a 34" Curved Ultrawide 3440x1440 and 100+ hz

Did I forget to mention I stream as well? I also play games and do some video editing that's why I went with the 9700k. I am not doing a custom loop if I get the Asus ROG Strix Helios case. So I am going to build a new list and then I will post it on here =)
